Refund

All products are not refundable after purchase.

Situations where full refunds are granted:

• All your packages were rejected and returned by your customs.
• All your packages were missing during transit.
• Your order was rejected by us due to various reasons.

Once the above situations are confirmed by us, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be exactly the same as the amount you paid, sent only to the original payment method. Funds are usually available within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mtsaes.com.

Alternative

Instead of a full refund, we can send you a new machine again for free if you never received your order due to reasons like customs rejection, package loss, etc. No extra cost to you!
